The staff was helpful and friendly, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage. The location is excellent with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. My room was always kept clean, which I greatly appreciate for a comfortable stay.
The bathroom in my room was a bit small. This made maneuvering a little difficult.

The room was REALLY small. There was hardly any space to move around. The air conditioning was noisy and made it hard to sleep. the shower door was partially broken. It wouldn't close properly, annoying.
